Our caring service are mainly provided through regular support groups, prayer, care calls, home visits, and hospital/care home visits. We offer comfort and support to seniors, cancer patients, people with brain injuries, and families with special needs. Each year, we also organize “Critical Illness Care” training courses and senior care volunteer training programs, hoping to equip more caregivers to serve those in need in churches and the community. In addition, we regularly host health and medical seminars and information days. Through these free services and activities, we connect with the wider community and bring an added measure of care and compassion.
The mission of the community planning ministry is to help and serve others through community planning, create a friendly and loving environment for local residents and new immigrants, and strive to be a blessing to others. In times of instability, we hope to bring peace to others through our services. Our vision is to integrate people into society, advocate unity and willing contribution, so as to build a safe and harmonious community.

The family is the basic unit of social organization and the cornerstone of human social life. No matter how society changes, the family has always been the most important place for personal growth. The Family Ministry of Citic Vancouver Center serves the community in the spirit of the love of Christ. We hope to play the role of caring, inspiring, supporting and building families, connecting with the resources of the community, and walking with individuals and families to grow together.
Counseling and mental health ministry are mainly provided by "Inspiration Counseling". It is a Christian non-profit-making professional service organization that provides professional counseling and psychotherapy at an affordable cost to help deal with emotional, interpersonal, marriage, family, and parent-child relationships. There are special pre-marital counseling services. The team of "Spiritual Guidance" is composed of a group of Christian professionals, including registered clinical counselors, registered social workers, doctors and pastors. All counselors have received professional psychological counseling training or social worker training, conducted in English, Cantonese and Chinese. The information and content of the counselor shall be kept confidential in accordance with the professional counseling code.
Founded on the East Coast in 2021 by a group of Christian lawyers, legal assistants, legal professionals, and other professionals, the service is dedicated to reaching out to individuals with limited resources who are facing legal challenges, regardless of their faith background, and to speaking up for the oppressed in the community. The West Coast service was newly launched in early 2025.
