Introduction

Have you considered taking a first aid course but are still trying to find the time to commit to a multi-hour class?

Some of our first aid courses are indeed 8-16 hours in order to provide certification meeting legislation workshop. If you’re a new parent, want to build confidence in responding to emergencies, or want to refresh and update your first aid skills, this course provides practical knowledge in the basics of first aid in 2.5 hours.

Learning first aid could help you save the life of a family member, neighbour, or loved one. In First Aid workshop, participants will gain an understanding of some essential lifesaving skills and how to provide care in situations requiring first aid.

Topics can be tailored to the specific interests of the learners, making this course suitable for a variety of audiences, including new parents, grandparents, caregivers for aging parents.

Disaster can happen anytime, anywhere. Are you and your family ready to face an emergency such as a flood, wildfire, earthquake or power outage? You should be prepared to take care of yourself and your household in event of a disaster by knowing what to do and where to get help.

CCM Disaster Preparedness Workshop is an online workshop to provide essentials tips to be better prepared and to recover from emergencies to people across Canada, including an emergency plan and an emergency kit to be self-sufficient for at least three days following a disaster.
